Description

Some kind of surreal familial portrait... (clue: red toy would be me as a kid) lol. And also a good excuse to test my new config :) *** Vue5inf, models in Rhino and Z-Brush. (No Postwork) ** tech stuff : 3 ecosystems : wall, forest and grass halo is a whitish sphere in front of camera with variable transparency. 102 objects, 2lights, 31 000 000 polys, IBL lighting with GI, superior render mode. * Thanks for peeking :)

That's an interesting picture. I love the atmosphere and the surreal elements. Thanks for sharing. So you rotated the ecosystem of the rocks to make a wall? Great idea!!

Great work Paul. The pitcher gives the image a trompe l'oeil feel. From a Vue point of view, I like your textures and atmo. Excellent models also. V!

If I didn't know better I would have bet lots of money that the background is a photo. WOW, your planting ability is just the best. Those rocks look so real. Man! you really made a photo realistic image here. Very well done.

Hey hey, good to see a new image from you Paul. I totally agree with fixair and add that i LOVE the ecosystems in the background, vegetation and wall. Beside the just perfect modelling of the foreground elements, especially of course the red toy! That looks especially promising!

The rock wall with the moss is lovely. So are all the excellent textures. The whole image has got that cold and damp morning feel to it. Glad to see you here! Come and visit sometimes :)
