Great capture of the moon! Did you use a telescope to shoot trough? Its a pitty the moon is a bit blurred, for the rest excellent!

And there is a red line on the endge of the moon. This could be easily removed by making it a greyscale image. It might be better to make the shot smaller, so it doesn't look so blurred anymore.

Nice shot. From the shuttle?

Quite a stunning magnification! Whew! Concerning the red line, it might be caused by a slight lens aberration, that can be (a little) enhanced in Photoshop by selecting the red channel and move it 1 px up and 1 px to the right. Impressive capture!

Thank you all for your words of encouragement and advice. I wont be changing this upload but I might see if I can do some postwork and post another soon. The Picture was taken with a Canon 300d with Canon 90-300mm lens plus 2x teleconverter @f5.6 for 1000th second, tripod and cable release used also. Blessed Be.

I love the fact that you push yourself and are open to learning from others. I admire that in you. I tried this over the weekend, but without the knowhow just got a white blob. I look forward to seeing your next phase - of the moon and your development. Well done, Zachary.
