Jena in the tight and twisting streets of Hobmarz, on the lower east side, a part of the city they call Dog Town. As the Detective in charge of the Shadow Cases, she pulls all the juicy assignments; vampires, werewolves, ghosts and demons. But so far, this Phantom character has her stumped.
