Great food photography and very interesting recipes, the link showing the set up also extremely helpful. Just one thing, what is Cilantro? it sounds as though it might be what we call watercress but I could be wrong. Excellent.

This looks delicious! I tried to look up Cilantro in my dictionary, with no luck :-( Anyway, I can enjoy the sight of it in your beautifully composed photo. We don't celebrate Thanksgiving here in Sweden, but I wish you a great feast!

Ian (ifos) and Gun (gunsan). Cilantro is also known as Chinese parsley. Think of Italian parsley and now give it some sharper and more aromatic flavor and you have Cilantro. The seeds are also used in cooking, especially ground. Surprised the herb is not known in your area. I find it more pleasing and interesting in certain foods. It is also relatively easy to grow, just like parsley.

Mmmmm, looks and sound delicious. I've have to share this recipe with the German cooks in my family! I saw this photo and I instantly thought of vintage cook book layouts from the composition and vivid color. Excellent job reproducing that look, intentionally or not.
