Hi dears,
sorry I wasn't able to view all your fantastic postings for more than a week... have had a nasty flu and had to stay in bed due to high fever but now I'm feeling better day by day... try to catch up with you all within the next days.
Dropped in to post a lil b'day gift for Tim ~aka~ dragonfly2000
Guess you all know why I have chosen an abstract for him *wink*
It's from a series I have taken lately... an object made of wax from Morocco.
Have put a small candle inside the object that gave those interesting colours and shadows. No other light was used, due to that POV you can see the inside of this object in the top part and the outside in the bottom part.
Taken at ISO 100, exposure time 1,30sec, using a tripod.

I am glad that you are back and doing a little better. Wish i had a magic wand to make you feel your usual self, but i know you will bounce back in time. Love the abstract dedi. The warm tones and rich colours of a limited spectrum are very intense. This one is just great monika. Now back to bed and stay warm. and have plenty of chicken soup.
