Looking at the thumb, I thought either napping or meditating. Glad to hear it was the meditating. I used to meditate quite a bit several years ago and it does clear the mind and make one a more fluid thinker. Not to mention stress relief. No time for it these days unfortuately, and when I try at night I fall asleep!
