Description
I decided to make Plausible Adventures as realistic looking as I can using Poser 6. There are a few obstacles: Skin tone, proper shadow placement, proper shadow and lighting conditions, and texture application.
This used several techniques: Multiple renderings with different shadow maps, softening several areas that were too sharply focused, and adding noise to key spots and the overall image.

Good job on the poses, I like the flying kick. Hmm, victim's right hand - fingers are clenched but palm is straight, seems wrong somehow. Attacker's left forearm seems rather blue; getting reflections from the dress? Or is that the texture/lighting? Shadows could be a little lighter/blurrier away from the casting body; perspective is perfect. You might want to think about blurring the roadway texture a bit; ordinary use will accomplish that with a real one, unless this is some strange material. I assume the foot just impacted the chin; great job with the victim's hair!

Thanks Trelligan. You ever get kicked in the face before? How are your hands? The blue coloration is due to the lighting and skin texture. I left the shadows alone in this WIP - the truth is, I'm getting a feel for how Poser handles shadows. I started touching up or creating shadows manually. I blurred and added shadow to the ground in the next WIP. Ordinary use, yes, but this is Poser with lots of limitations and one must appreciate the free downloads as they come. Thanks again for the comments and feedback - oh, I did nothing to the hair. :-D
