Description

This is a provisional design render of my graduation project. I know it ain't as good as other pictures. But I hope that I can show some real renders at the end of my graduation project

The biggest problem on something like this is it is just too darn big when you want to zoom in on a driver on the straightaway or a trophy girl at the finish line. That makes the sight lines move slowly as you pan. The agile orientation around a center is lost. I think if you just gave a few more sides to the umbrella and added champfer and bevel to get rid of the rough hewn look it would pop into the space you seek. Think of a rough hewn two by four as used at the turn of the century. Then think of a milled smooth 1-3/4 by 2-3/4 board sold as a 2x4 in the fifities that is now more like 1-5/8 x 1-5/8. The modern board does not have exactly square edges??!! Seee! Now look at any electronic gear. Now look at a camera or a telescope. See how accuracy affects the look. Now come to a circuit where cars must traverse in packs at nearly 200mph with tires sticking at 3 lateral g's with almost no banking. The idea is there to be big and accurate but you also need to be small and precise. Galileo was just launched on a European rocket. The future is calling.
