The tank aint loooks bad probably! Get rid of the PS "effect", cause we can't see a thing. If you want a "cartoony" look, use Max Ink'paint instead. Show us your mighty tank, it looks worth it! :D

From what I can tell it's a cool design, but I agree, if you are showing off your modeling, skip the heavy filter. If you want to make a scene that looks illustrative, you are spot-on!
