Description
While in transit from Base camp 1 at Thule, Superchick sees a strange site . . . a shimmering silvered orb hanging motionless in the air, about 8 feet off the rocky ground. Moving her skimmer off course, she investigates the phenomenon. Jumping out of her transport, she moves closer. Suddenly, with no warning, a dazzling light shoots out of the orb, which begins an intense humming sound. Startled, Superchick falls to her knees. . . what will become of Superchick? . . . what is behind the glowing orb? . . . what sinister purpose might be intended for our lovely heroine?
