Description

Hope your holidays were enjoyable and spent with some loved ones! Been kinda busy with the holidays, but wanted to wish everyone happy holidays, and send a little sunshine from the Big Island here in Hawaii. Here's a view from under the banyan tree looking towards Mauna Kea over the duck ponds. Much Aloha to everyone!

That is some wild tree trunk. Now you can see how good this would look as a painting.I also like how you did the point of view, peeking out from behind that tree.

Wow, this is stunning work! IMHO it would have been even more perfect when changing your POV with only 6 inches or so, the branch would have left free the mountain and the compo would have been ravishing (it's still beautiful, though)! :) Impressive work, love it! Happy holidays!

How marvellous! Looks and feels like a 19th century painting of a rustic scene. Great composition and colours.

Thanks for the sunny Hawaiian scene - a nice place to imagine when it's going to be a low of 11 degrees F here in Denver tonight! Hope you had a great holiday :)
