Description
Hi all:
Took some time over the last couple of days to build out a new Dreadnaught class warship.
The Excelsior-class dreadnaught took four years longer to complete than expected, but now that the shakedown on the engines are complete (they are the largest Terra has ever built), soon there will be an additional nine rolling out of the Io Shipyards.
The Excelsiors will replace the Invincible-class heavy battlecruisers (the battlecruisers Hercules, Aggememnon, and Shakari are shown escorting the dreadnaught) as the firepower base for the Terran fleet.
Kitbash using the components from Starbase C3 imported into DOGA L3. Background from Universe,
and rendered in Inspire 3D.
Hope everyone who is celebrating had a great holiday!

I like the ship a lot... I think a smaller display image would be in order, though. I have a mucking big monitor, and I run it at 1600x1200... So I have to scroll to see this image. The majority of internet users are still working at 1024x768 or less, so, given interface and so on, they can only see about 25% of the image at any given moment. It's a judgement call, of course.
