Description

When it comes to capturing creatures like butts and bugs on locations such as where I got this from ( in front of my office area which is a highly restricted area ) it is hard to decide what pose you want. Whatever you can get, u take away without complaining. I really would have wished the butty to have lifted it's wing on the left over the other flower but it was not to be. However, the one thing special about this image is that I could catch the butty in it's full Modus Operandi.... If you look keenly you will notice there are some spores that the butty has opened and already feasted on and there are some fresh ones to be opened at the back. The way it goes about it is very systematic and not erratic. It does a neat job. :O)) SNAKEY

I have two cameras and only one of them can do macro, and even that isn't particularly brilliant. The detail on the antanae and probosis (not sure if either of those words is spelt correctly?) is amazing and thanks for pointing out the spores. Cool work there mate.
