Description

Winter has hit Minnesota USA .. white stuff all over the place, freezing cold winds. I hung some suet out for the birds; this stuff, they LOVE, and it helps them keep warm when it's cold like this. So, hang your suet!! :))) Anyway, Woody was the first to find the stuff I just hung this morning... I thought I'd do a little collage of him ... Have a terrific day .. and STAY WARM! Shari

Oh this is beautiful.... I love woodpeckers..never tried the suet before..hmmm now you got to wondering........mild here in Ky 58 compared to 17 yesterday..No white flakes yet:( Vote n hugs Susan~

Very nice pic, Shari! Great reminder to buy my suet, now. We usually don't get the woodpeckers until the suet is out. Sunflower nuts bring the Nuthatches and noisy Jays. LOL :0)

Awe isn't he beautiful! Wonderful capture! I had a woodpecker land on my fence the other day while I was outside with my camera but a mockingbird scared him away before i could focus in :-(

I love the hidden detais in these birds. Excellent work...those bird feeders should help provide photo oppertunity and some entertainment this winter.
