Nice one. The specular on her face is a little blown out - so I suspect there is 5 or 10% too much light in the scene. Also, your main light is quite low - which has created some shadow which are slightly uncomplimentary. A room such as this would normally have the main light coming from the ceiling.

I agree with face_off. It is very well composed but the lighting seems a tad off. Beautiful skin texture and morph on the character. :)

Well, I think the comments about lighting are respectable and should be well received, but there are some things that the general viewing audience don't know. She's over my place and we have the strong lights setup as she's going to do a photoshoot with me and it's not modeling that spiffy lipstick! LOL! I think it came out great and the character is hella sexy! With lips like that she can light the scene any way she wants! Excellent work!
