Thank you. This was the from the same image in my last post but I changed gel layer and then added the water drops that always come out making cool effects.

simply beautiful i love the ones that have the darker deeper contrasting colors but this one is an exception its softness and beauty is perfect!! ... nice work!

Thank you Kimmer. The darker blue is the water drops and they always come out very cool looking. I should do one of the water drops in layers and then change the hue on each layer so I can have a all water drop one but with more colors.
