Description

Well I have made an experiment. I have tried to make a smooth water line im Terragen. With a wet effect in the foreground on the rock texture. I have added as last layer a soft blue, near the water colour, with the same settings I normally used for a beach scene wet area. After I opened Photoshop and copy with a very smooth selection the hard water line. Add it 2 times, make some histogram settings and sharpen. How do you think it looks?

I think you achieved excellent results- the aqua colored areas below the waves match perfectly to simulate the color shifts one would expect to see. I can hear the waves lapping on the rocks.
