Description

Hi all, sorry if you viewed this and it dissapeared, it kept exchanging the main picture for the thumb and vice versa. This is St Michael and the Dragon, A fantasy picture that I'm fairly pleased with, have been busy getting the house done, work of course and Christmas so sorry if it's not too hot, it was a real pain getting the things to pose right with all that grass sticking out etc.. I'm on with my Christmas render next, if life doesn't get in the way. Dragon texture is a mixture of DAZ Mill Dragon, and the freebie, superb texture Created by Keith Kihn (a.k.a. Hrlyrydr) from here. Keihan's "Sword of Light" is an excellent freebie from here. Zygote Skull and arm freebie, 3D World Magazine CDRom. Knights meshes and textures by Jon Malis and Poserstyle. Grass by tom3962. MATs for the DAZ Skeletons by TLC couldn't better them just added my own bit of spice to blend them into this scene, a Freebie from here. Grass/ground shader by mapps freebie, with a little adjustment for scene blending. BG by Mec4d/ZetaStudios3D, part of her excellent Stonehenge package. Light and the rest of the shaders myself, rendered in P6. Thankyou for the votes and views on this and my last render. Chris Poole

This is an incredible image, as the multitude of comments you will get are goign to tell you. :) The dragons texture alone is enough for the vote. But it is incredible realistic. Great job!

Fenomenal! If grass was done with more geometry and texture, it would be a masterpiece! The dragon texture is one of the best I've ever seen. Fantastic job!

Awesome, just two constructive critism points. Everythihng is so realistic except for the grass. Detracts from the picture. Plus there is a green mark right above the dragons nose(that you could photoshop).

Doesn't look like the odds are in the knight's favor. Great close up of the dragon.
