Description

This is my grandson "Kailen" and his first time on Mauna Kea. Here he is on the 9,000 ft elevation level with the clouds moving in on us. Eventually, the clouds cover us and couldn't see. So, we went above the clouds to the 13,796 ft level. Aloha and thank you for viewing

Plucky boy! Even at 10,000 I start to gasp and have to rest every few steps. I guess, youth has a lot of advantages. Your grandson seems to be enjoying the hike.
