Gorgeous character. Her snowy skin texture is very good. Her dress is wonderful, although being a snow witch, shouldn't she go naked? 8-) Awesome hair and effects. Excellent composition and atmosphere. I don't like the cold much but I would like she came to my house. 8-) Vote.
