Description

She sits quietly in the booth, she's been there almost an hour, looking out the window every time a car drives up. The others in the quite little diner can tell she is waiting for her love to show up. There is now radio playing on the counter, no news reports to hear that a young man was killed driving much to fast. He was trying so hard not to be late. Now she will be waiting forever... A3 from DAZ, Gracelion hair by Quarker, Cleric Robes by BATLAB, Acid Tracy texture by Vali, Everything else by myself and yestis3. The room is part of mine and Richards next project a 1950's Diner, it includes everything shown (except the stuff by DAZ, Quaker, BATLAB and Vali as noted above). This includes the road outside and the vacant lot across the street, which are models and not backdrop, though I would point that out since to me the area outside looks like a backdrop but it's not. We hope to have the set done for January 1st, at the rate it is going together that shouldn't be a problem. This is just a test render, mainly done to see how the road looked outside, which I just finished, so I did a fast P4 render since I didn't want to wait for the reflections to render. No post work, the "fuzzy" bump areas do not occure in a high res render. I will post one later in high-res with all the reflections and such.

I would have to say Richard hit this one right on the head. But I figured calling it "Oh where oh where can my baby be" could cause copywrite problems...lol

WOW, kick@ss Mike! I love all the little details in the set, stuff you take for granted but it makes all the difference in the world...Richard is right, your modelling skills are extremely evident...and that story is so sad, it sent a chill up my spine! Karen
