Description

An exercise in portraits and hair painting... created with Painter IX with wacom tablet and finished in PSP. Time, about ten hours to finish. Thank you very kindly for your comments on my two previous images. I do appreciate your stopping by to have a look!.... Maria

This looks very good Maria I am really inquisitive of you have started from a photo and change it, or that this is from off a clean page ?? As you start where from a clean page you are very talentfull Anybody that paint a portret has problems with a good balance from the eyes, nose and mounth And that is here very good My compliments

Quite good work. I feel the sides of the head as well as the neck need a little bit more shading depth (particularly as the hair is dark and contrasts against the flesh) but apart from that it is a good piece
