The two rocks your made are pretty good. However, I just see the same two rocks duplicated and moved around. Not a bad image but it needs to be more random. Make a few more different textures and a few more different rocks.

And maybe you should add some small 'circle' in the water around the rocks, which I know is not an easy thing. Good overall

The rocks look ok. They are too similar, though. The water doesn't look a thing like water. It should be more transparent, so you could see the bottom. It is too dark, too. The rocks are lit with a bright light, yet the water is dark and non-reflective and refractive.

The problem with 3d artists today is that they rely on the tools that make their lives easier and thus take them for granted... im talking about presets procedurals and modeling tools etc... howa bout modeling a rock differently every time so you dont have a cloned rock anywhere in there. the same goes for the textures. then the rocks will truley be realistic... nothing in the real world is totally identical... even twins. your water textre could use some help aswell the same displacement map or whatever maxers use is being tiled all over that puppy and detracts the realism... keep it up though,
