Great Image from a "compact" digital camera! Too bad that more modern-looking blue house near the upper left couldn't have been removed- that would make this a PERFECT image. But nevertheless, you've nailed down a great photo.

When the Coast Guard cutter "Mackinaw" finally went aground in Whitefish Bay and had to be scrapped the Canadian Coast guard sent their big red boat to escort the last Great Lakes ships of the season in December. It was a monster. Now why the Prime Minister wanted an SSBN is another story I called with an offer to bid.

Oh how beautiful! I love this spot, the lobster pots on the piers and colorful boats. It's just enchanting and reminds me so much of the coast of Maine. Lovely photo!
