Description

After the death of the Mogul's beloved wife many Lords of India sent her beautiful daughters to the court hoping to brighten up his mournful mind and thus drawing the rulers attention to themselves. Many of these maidens failed and caused considerable damage instead. This woman saw the thomb that has been built to grace the memory of the death queen and knew that she could not do anything. Wisely she ordered the elephants to be turned around and returned to her home. The Taj Mahal Model inspired me to return to Indian theme. I posted this some weeks ago, but no image appeared, so this is a second try...
