Adora - Inquisitrix Servant of Brorne, The Great Stone Dragon.
She has dedicated her life to stalking and judging all heretics--those who do not respect the Laws of the 8 Great Dragons.
Adora is a player-character from the RPG "Prophecy".
The image is based on 3 different drawings and a photograph.

And onto that, a beautiful portrait of Angelina Jolie, first inspiration for the character. ;)
