Part 3 of my challenge saga. Thank you for all your hints and tips for my writing skills. Thay are all greatly appreciated. ************************** Imagine walking into a shop and choosing a lovely huge box of chocolates that you are giving away to a friend for her birthday. Does that not make you a little envious. And that you are praying when you are paying for it, that she or he will be generous and give you even a tiny one from the box? You can feel her excitement at receiving this box of sinful decadence and you can hear the almost lustful tone in her voice knowing that there is a world of temptation that she does not have to resist. Words, words, words: 1636 after the top intro! You go, girl. Do that five more times today and you're on track for your 50,000 word challenge. Some excellent mental images you've created. After the chocolate segment, I craved a cigarette, and I don't smoke. I'm tired just thinking about 50,000 as a goal -- Dick

As someone who has cooked and eaten his own 'roast' and lived to tell about it, I think this piece was just great! I have also tried silk pajamas -- once. I slid out of bed. ~SIGH~. BTW - is there a "Chocolate's Anonymous" nearby? WINK. T.P.

I love the passionate way you write about food (I can relate)..and the hungry dog..and poetry as a worthy substitution (for the food, not the dog). Impressive written expression.
