Description
Well, this one took me some time to make. I would guess about 40 hours.
I ended up with 35 layers and a filesize of 175MB. All this because I need to make a portfolio so I can get serious about jobhunting.
Photoshop and Wacom tablet.
Well hope you enjoy it and as always comments are very welcome.

Looking at your steps it looks and sounds so damn simple. But I'm afraid it isn't.... Even if I would spend 40 weeks, it wouldn't be halfway this quality! EXCELLENT WORK!!

Superb artwork - you captured her spunk and her sexiness. V. :o) CC

Nice image, but it looks like you copied someone elses style of including the "how to" pics. I think he even did an Angelina Jolie pic. If I remember who it was I'll update my comment.
sutefuni
Didn't you copy tevoboy's style of showing the steps?
Mighty_Panther
Perfect!

Mmm! I would have thought showing the steps is instructive, and wouldn't class it has "style." I did similarly when first starting with Painter and still have printed copies of at least thirteen of the steps, plus the larger final copy, together with the explanatory notes. It too took hunks of time (the equiv of 7 weeks full-time, and worth it for the accelerated learning). I wish you luck in your work endeavours. This image suggests you have the grit and determination. Cliff.

I think the hair should be a little bit darker and have more highlights to give it that depth and thickness.
