Cool! Is that pen and ink? Was Dr. Eight Tom Baker?

It is pen and ink - and the Eighth Doctor was Paul McGann, who only appeared in one television film in 1996. He didn't face the Zygons on TV, but in an early novel called 'The Bodysnatchers.' Cheers for the feedback!
