Description

Your ancestors, as is known by fossil remains and, in some cases, from lore passed down to some of our oldest citizens----who learned from their oldest relatives, who also learned from theirs, on and on and on---did a little fishing now and again. But contrary to the belief of some avid fishermen of today, these ancients did NOT use fly rods or fancy lures. Basically, they began by reaching in and grabbing a fish, sometimes finding dead ones on the banks, moving on to the spear method. One of these men, I hope you know, depicts the ancestor of the founder of Gorton fish products.
