*The Autumn Gate*
Just an idea I had while experimenting, not really finished, hope you like it anyway ! Specially done for all of you that do not have snow or hard and cold winters. ;)

Great image the only thig that kinda sticks out to me is the leaves seem alittle flat. other than that I like it. And we have already had snow here in Colorado and yes somtimes it gets alittle over bearing but we get through.

Yes, whisperefex, good point! The leaves are exactly the reason why I am not really happy with it and said it is not finished. I have taken them from a tree, actually I scaled and rotated the tree until the leaves where fitting the way they do. I am looking for better leaves, maybe single ones to put in. Anybody has an idea where to find usable ones ? Please let me know and thank you all for your comments !

Very lovely scene. I like the way the leaves turn, probably Runtime DNA scatters would not have turn on a better way. Excellent job.

Trekkiegrrrl has a morphing blanket that you could apply a leaf texture and transparency map to, then morph it to resemble the natural curl of a leaf. Repeat as necessary... :D Or make a few, and write a MAT file to toss them into your scene.
