Damn, I just sat and stared at this for a while, it looks so real. I think if someone did not know it was Poser, heck they would just assume it is a photo. This is just amazing.

I'm nearly speechless! As far as the work around the nose and lips, I know how to get the realism, but how on earth did you do such a fantastic work around the eyes? Okay, I'm jumping over to that tutorial now!!! Excellent.
