I can share you joy... And my bernese dog too! I love the place you've shot. This is so similar to my Jura mountains...

Funny that it's set to be the coldest for so long, as down here in Oz they're predicting one of the hottest summers on record! Back to your image - WOW. That's really impressive. I've spent a total of about three months in Scotland (often in the Argyll region) over the years' holidays but never in winter, so your photos are even more of a treat for that reason and my Australian friends are impressed :-)

Yir mad, mon. I was out in blizzards, during my service, and when it got to -20C, I reckoned enough was enough. Mind you my upper limit is about 27C. Keep on trekking, ANthony, but carefully. Regards, John.

Wow, this is outstanding work. Love that black figure standing in solitude among all that white canvas. Can't ask for a better perspective!

That's a photography that touch my heart !!!!! Of course it's a beautiful one, the blue color is a wonder, but to reach a crest as this one must be something incredible. I would like to try, but I haven't the physical to do that, my little heart will probably suffer ;o((((( But I could imagine the satisfaction and the feeling you could have. A fantastic shot ! V
