Description

Here is something a little different for those who have kept track of my artwork on Renderosity for the past year or so. It is an image describing the eras of Human space exploration for my "Fellowship of Star-Faring Sentients" universe. Interested folks can now find out what those "FCE" dates I use for my various spaceship designs mean. Those new to my work are invited to visit not only my Renderosity gallery 'dcmstarships', but also my personal website, www.dcmstarships.com that contains hundreds of images of my speculative spaceship designs and futuristic architecture as well as numerous articles about my artwork, science fiction literature, and related topics. This illustration is based on a Milky Way galaxy poster from a 2002 National Geographic magazine. It was created using Adobe Photoshop 7 and CorelDraw 12. This image would have been impossible for me to do without those tremendous "sparkle and shine" Photoshop brushes so kindly offered for sale by Antje in the Renderosity Marketpace.
