Citizens, allow me to present my card. The Dark Angel's trail brought me here. The Whitby Indcident gave me the lead that I needed.

Hi, I'm Ian. Wife, two cats, motorcycle and a house full of WWII military aviation paraphenalia. I'm a bit of a 'happy snap-per', currently wrestling 'The Camera of Doom', a Cannon EOS 300d, into submission. Began career in an area where photography was part of the job, and it was done largely 'at the run' or through various doors, including helicopter doors. The documentary/narrative style is my forte, and I still prefer to work outside with minimal equipment, although I am now getting accustomed to working in a studio environment, to the extent that I have my own portable lighting rigs. My specialist subjects are bands, (either gigs or promotional) and the Gothic/Alternative scene, but not to the exclusion of anything else. Have worked with other photographers who specialise in the same fields of interest. Still learning to walk as far as Photoshop is concerned. It's a great way to learn about the art of photography, meet all kinds of people and make friends. Hope to make more here.

Or which attitude LOL? Well my redhead has always maintained her, so.... Like the angle and the setup here, good shot, tho perhaps a little more light on the faces.

Well, the first thing I must say that this pic looks really great in monochrome, what a genius you must be to decide to convert it to b/w! It adds a real boldness to the image and gives full attention to the characters in the image. Bravo to you for making this monochrome!

DA, Ya, Boo, and Sucks in the nicest possible way! To explain,Gentle Reader, I detect a note of levety in Dark Angel's post, for it was he, and none other, who suggested to use Classic Black and White. Seriously, thanks for the tip, Pete.:-)
