Very interesting; the erosion mimics the veins in a leaf. Excellent creation Eoin; I like the surface colors here.

I thought the exact same thing about the leaf, then saw Bob's comment. Real cool terrain, and love the surfaces, but I wish you used a little less melancholytron. . .I hope your RL pressures go smoothly so we can see some more Eoin renders :)

Been "ooohing" and "ahhhiing" over Vue recently, then this image comes along and blows away any misconceptions about the power of TG in the right hands!..."v"

Overhead and underfoot. The light fills the screen. 10watts per square foot is a lot over square 100's of miles.

Color gradient reminds me the World Machine preview... Really good tribute to it.

Absolutely fantastic terrain, of course. Nice surface mapping too, as usual, although it seems inverse of what you'd expect - white "snow" on the shore, brown on the peaks. Or perhaps this is optical illusion? :D I do agree with sanosoke that the "meloncholytron" is a bit heavy here, but it doesn't detract much from the image. Beautiful stuff, regardless. Can't wait to see what you can do with TG2!
