Description

Well, I had to repost this cause someone left such a hateful comment that I had to delete it. I appreciate the comment's and such if they are helpful too. Just when someone just insult's the person or says this down right suck's. That's when I don't like to get comment's. Well, on the other hand I've brought down the displacement map's a bit so the skin don't look as leathery. I'm still working on this. So, if you have any ((((HELPFUL COMMENT'S))), COMMENT'S, RANKING'S, OR VOTES YOU'D LIKE TO GIVE I'D VERY MUCH APPRECIATE IT. Only NO hateful stuff. Just don't like it. CREDIT'S: 1. Sorry if someone left a hateful comment, sometimes comments like that should be kept to themselves. Like I said before, excellent skin work, I can't wait to see the final image!!! ^_^

I don't know what it is about these characters exactly, but it looks like their skin is drawn too tightly over their muscles. I think the displacement setting in the unimesh realism script could use to be turned down a notch (something as "small" as going from 0.02 to 0.01 makes a HUGE difference). The poses and facial expressions in this one are very nicely done. I can't wait to see how it looks when you're finished.

I prefer the one with the blond hair over the other. It could just be the angle of the lights though. Her skin looks more toned and a bit smoother. Hope this helps!

Glad you bounced back. The AO seems to be attached to a light as well. I'd just use the AOmaster alone for this. It should be barely visible. mho ;))

Don't take the rude comments to heart, if you check, most of the time the hateful comment comes from somebody who has no gallery of their own. Much better looking render today but i think the one on the right still needs the bump map turned down a bit.

This is much better than the other. The facial expressions are great. Beautiful work on the skins they look alot better here. Helpful comment... the chest on the light skinned woman looks a bit strange, the furrow going down the center. Otherwise looks awesome. :)

Very Beautiful girls!! I like theie expressions and pose. The only thing I think needs a little touch up is skin tone, it does look a little taunt on the dark haired one. Can't wait to see whats to come from you!!!

Jonathan I agree with everyone here. First, you're going to get the occational negative person- I have, I think everyone has at some point. If the comment was as bad as you say, then just ignore it- chances are, the person that posted it didn't even know what they were talking about. As for the render, yes, it is better than the first one. But yes, also, the dark haired girl still needs alittle work- but, like you said, it's a work in progress and we all know it's going to improve. Keep going. You're making the right choices.

I agree with everyone when they say ignore the comments. Unfortunately everyone has their right to their own opinions and and when sound like a plain asshole they look like the jerk. Sorry about cussing but if the shoe fits.... I do like this pic than the other and I admire that you are going thru extra efforts to get it just right. Hold your head high because you wouldnt have all this support if you werent a good artist..shanpoo

Sorry someone left an awful comment! :( It's a shame, I really like your work, much more realistic than mine is! :) But I guess we all find our own styles and you are doing a fantastic job, the girls are lovely! Excellent work! :)

Sorry about the hateful comment!!! I would like to punch them in the nose. And you do fantastic work and you show us it in stages so I'm sure you'll get this right and perfect in the end. I really like both their expressions and I'm wondering how did you get that skin FX you know that would be great on a evil character. It's pretty cool for that. Imagine grayish skin tint? Well, EXCELLENT work and glad you reposted! Hugs Maria

There does seem to be something up with the skin on these two characters. They seem to be pulled tight or something.....hmmm... odd. You did EXACTLY what i would have done regarding eye colour. Nice expressions.

Excellent work - I like the shine on the skin, it's like their bodies is slightly oiled and it's quite nice. Excellent textures for the outfits. Brilliant faces and expressions - BRAVO! :) V

I agree with you about comments like that I had it three times off the same person once and no comment on how to improve which I think is wrong. Great difference between this once and the last one I commented on well done in showing us Cathy xoxoxo

Unfortuantly when we ask for comments, were going to sometimes get some that we may not like, but I would never delete the comment. If I can't take it then I shouldn't ask for the comment, however I agree that just plain mean comments suck, but thats rare. Most who take the time to comment, if they have something to say to help they will, and that is acceptable to me anyway. Take it with a grain of salt, and listen to the ones who give you ..helpfull comments even though they may not be positive like we like :)...Denny

You know, you can always contact a moderator to delete a comment that is negative and no helpful. I have actually done that with other artist's posts, and it proved successful. This is a wonderful image of the two characters and they are so sultry and beautiul that I think I might just have to take them to them beach here! Break open the case of beer and subs, it's on!!! Excellent work!

It would have been a pity to lose this image. However, I don't think you should delete an image because of a bad comment. That way, you're playing their game. Gorgeous characters and nice expressions. Excellent skin textures. Even the textures on their suits are wonderful. Great lighting.
