I have to say, this is the closest you've gotten to absolute realism, and it's damn close. Also nice sense of style, fantastic textures, good background. My one criticism involves her right ankle; it's bent weird. If you correct the ankle (which is so minor a detail you could probably do it in Photoshop) this render will be a perfect 10.
