Description

The term "chaos" refers to the jumbled terrain forms found on Mars. They likely formed due to a collapse and resettling of the Martian surface. I have tried to accurately depict the sky on Mars, somewhat pinkish due to suspended dust. Thanks for looking in!

Nicely made. Great texturing. And a good explanation for the atmo^^ I always wondered why the moon/mars pictures here have an atmosphere. Would be cool if u could do such a pic with black sky and a blue planet. ;)

Great depiction of the Mars atmo and terrain. It takes structure to create chaos.

Some of your last renders are very similar to each other...I would like to see something TOTALLY new. How about changing everything...textures..lighting..perspective..composition...mood...planet..world ;)

Another excellent depiction: I can never get enough of Mars renderings, though If you are working from MOLA/DEM data, why not try some locations in and around the big crack... you know what I mean. I'm going to explore that region as soon as I can cadge a lift. Hope to see you there.

Not only the sky/lighting/atmosphere; but also the terrain and surface work represents an excellent depiction of our sister planet. Outstanding one Richard.
