The image of a silhouetted island at sunset is always classic - work with the atmo a bit - water looks very good!

To give a more dramatic aspect, try to decrease the Shadow Lightness setting to 0 (in the Background Light pannel of the Lighting Condition window). Also, try to lower the sun up: we can't see it behind the clouds. But it's a good idea, your water looks good.
