A Tokay for Cynlee !!!! by nathalie06

I'll show you other wonders of Soi Dao, but.... I want to change subject now, and to show you some of my little friends in the guesthouse I had in the Jungle !
This cute guy is a "Tokay", the bigger Gecko that exist. Tokays are also the least lovable of the geckos !!!! He's about 35 cm.
Tokays are so named because of their distinctive "TO-kay! Tokay!" rather booming bark. They also emit a trilling sound.
If he is hungry and I am not fast enough with the food, he will emit a sound somewhere between the trill and the bark !
He's so funny, but it's very difficult to photography one of them ! I had use the flash.... and probably he had a very big fear (sorry for him....) because it was the only way to make stop it runing all arround the house !!!!
I would like to dedicate this cute guy to our friend Cynlee... Thank you to be there my friend, Renderosity without you will never be what it is !!!!
Happy Birthday, Cynthia !!! Buon Compleanno !!!! Bon Anniversaire !!!!
Thank you for all your kindness and your comments my previous shots of the Jungle : "Soi Dao National Park 4" If you want to see the last post (a Macro) in GIANCARLO'S gallery, just click here : "Little Alien" Have a wonderful week my friends !!! Nathalie, and always close to me, Giancarlo

A most wonderful dedi for Cindy. I love these creatures and it is so nice to see them out in the wild and not caged up in someones home. Thank you for sharing. Egmont

Well done my friend ;) bisous
