Used a 3DEM of East Las Vegas; Played with atmosphere and lighting angle until I got this effect; Thank you for viewing and all comments are greatly appreciated.

Absolutaly incredible shot... very cinematic. Fantastic lighting! Somehow reminds me of certain Lord of the Rings flyby helicopter shots.
