Very nice job. I like the details you have, like the treads in the tires, the dull reflection on the cars body, the old looking license plate. All well done.

Thanks so much for your comments. It's very helpful to know how others see something you've been looking at for a zillion hours :) Thanks for the feedback.

Hi beyondMyth, thanks for checking it out again and for the compliment. I didn't even think about this but this is not radiosity. Lights have blown me away in Lightwave, trying to learn them, not by being impressed by my results..ha. A 1024x768 of this image renders around 30 minutes at Low AA because it's primarily spots and shadow maps at a softness of 3 and 4. 4 Spots bouncing off invisible walls, 4 surrounding the model and a huge Area light on top for a little balance. Play with that, great potential that I'm still tinkering with.

wow, im impressed,, i was so sure you had use Radiosity in this one ,, looks very realistic :-) ,, but spots and area light you say, huh,, wow!,, i have to try that, cause my computer is a tad bit slow so if i can "simulate" radiosity sometimes, it would sure help my "render time" alot ;-P ,, thanks for the tip :-) peace

Strange... It looks photorealistic with a sort of cartoony feel. Very odd. It might just be the subject, but it does give the strange feeling that if they're ever gonna do a Toy Story 3, they should contact you. Wonderfull work.
