It's obvious that you are longing for the highest level of realism so I hope you don't get me wrong with my very (very!) tiny critique: I think the roughness of the skin is a little bit too hard, especially on chin and forehead - but on the other hand not unrealistic, the skin seems just a little bit unkempt with respect to the fact that she wears a very subtle eye-makeup. And this in fact is "killer", even the small lines where the eyeshadow vanished due to blinking are visible!
