Description

This is the dead land This is the cactus land Here the stone images are raised Here they recieve the supplication of a dead man's hand under the twinkle of a fading star Is it like this in death's other kingdom walking alone? At the hour when we are trembling with tenderness Lips that would kiss form prayers to broken stone. T.S. Eliot, "The Hollow Men"

Beautiful capture of this most uncommon sky! Pity it's too big and slanting, but the ominous sky is very special with this sunlight shining in it! Splendid work! :)

I know the picture is WAY too big, and I also noticed the picture was slanting... But, I've had this picture since August and since I can't bring that sky back (God knows I would have that sky for myself every evening), I decided to post this pic. And yes, this picture is completely unmodified, raw, natural work. Just a snap shot. Thanks for all of your comments! If any of you know of a program that can modify this picture to a smaller image (paint just lops pieces off, so screw that), I'd be glad to hear about that.

I was actually able to fix it. I just had a friend point out a completely obvious answer. Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0! I already had it on my computer and stuff too. I'm such a dunce. Well, that's that...
