Description

Hi Dee Ho... good Rositeers! I know I promised an Xmas or Chira scene next, but... I had to get this off my chest! My insurance company sent a Rep out to inspect my property. They discovered I had a trampoline in the back yard. Later, they informed me that they would cancel my policy if I didn't remove the trampoline. I **COMPLIED** and told them so! They insisted that I send them photographic evidence of proof. I pointed out that they should send a Rep back to verify my action. I stated that a photo proves nothing! I can take the Trampoline down and put it up in 10 minutes. Or the Trampoline could be moved out of shot of the camera. They still insisted I take the effort and time to send photographic proof! I can only tolerate so much stupidity... So I sent them this photo of my yard. If they don't like it.. let them come surprise me and inspect my yard! If pushed further... I'll just get another carrier! Am I wrong? Anyway.. Hope your all having a great weekend. I get two weeks off next week.. yippie! Haven't had a real vacation in 10 years. Best to you all.... ***** Dave :^) ***** Followup: They said they would waiver the trampoline if I could make it inaccessable to trespassers. This photo I sent them is proof positive I have done everything humanly possible to comply. They renued my contract without comment.... Dave :^)

I agree, I had an accident and the party that hit me come from a parking lot and two lanes of traffic to hit me in the center lane turning left, he came from my right and I was found 20% at fault. I believe it was so both insurance companies can raise our rates and you have no say in the matter unless you have a lot of money to fight them. Love the humor in your image, fantastic:):):)...V

Dave this proves without the shadow of a doubt that you no longer have a trampoline and will most certainly satisfy your insurer. However ol buddy I foresee major trouble heading your way. Dave did you really think things through before sending this photo??? From what I gather your insurer is staffed with competent and intelligent people who upon receipt of this photo will realize that you were pulling a fast one on them all along. Fact they will now see that the trampoline was in fact a cover up to hide what you where up to. You will now be accused of importing illegal game for resale, and profit namely Shark, and Raptors a felony I belive. This information will be forwarded to the IRS and I know that at that point insurance will be the least of your worries. I trust that you have kept your tax returns since the day you were born. I do not wish to alarm you ol friend but I sincerely believe that your up coming holiday may be spent behind bars. I only hope that you will have access to a computer while in the slammer. You can then forward a photo to your insurer showing that you have re-installed the trampoline and finally get yourself out of this awful mess.Stay cool it will all work itself out ! he-he ! Your ol buddy George..........."V" (for daring do) he-he!!!!!!!! ps most excellent photo they will like it too !!!!!!!

ROTFL! You go, Dave! There are politicians and there are insurance companies; neither ones make sense half the time! Where I live, they practically did this with the pool and spa. Even welded 3/6 gates shut, one was a handicapped accessible gate. I will never pass by the pool or the rec area and not think of this image again. I can't even have a small ashtray or plant on my 6 inch balcony handrail now as it might "plummet to the ground and cause devasting destruction to the community" according to insurance reps! I'm so glad you sent this and I just know someone got a laugh on the other end. This is just too funny and well done and you are your sense of humor knows no bounds! Way beyond my imagination for certain! The only thing missing are snipers on the neighbors roofs, but perhaps they are there in fatiques! Outstanding work and kudos to you!

Dave, all you have to do now, is make up copies of this, pass them around to the neighbors and inform them the insurance hounds are on the prowl. that would put them on alert. Love the pic and your sense of humor...VOTE...Silkylady...

sir, i can clearly see a trampoline situated under the dog so that would clearly consist of a breach of conditions.your policy should be cancelled forthwith....However if you wish to take out our "backyard shark attack, with third party raptor fire and theft" policy, we may offer you a small discount on our new "deathly trampoline" policy....say 1 percent? (we also do pet insurance) have a nice break..great render!!!

I personally would have loved a couple of gun turrets, LOL!!!!! This is outstanding!! What a hoot! I do believe they want a photograph that they can take into court if you ever have a trampoline accident so they won't have to cover you.
