Description
G'day. This was taken up Basin Olinda Road, Mt Dandenong, Vic, Australia. Fern trees only grow in wet semi - rainforest areas in gullies and creek beds that get minimal sunlight. They can be 100's of years old for really big tree ferns like the one i uploaded previously. This area is a cool rainfoest in that it doesnt get very humid as were so far south from the tropics.
