Description

Milk hitting a black worktop - no postwork other than: resize, high pass sharpening & save for web in PS. I'm back with a splash. I have just built the equipment to make high speed captures, so there may be more in the coming posts :) Thought I would keep it simple to start as only finished setting it up this afternoon, this is the trial run. Little more work to do on calibration and cleaning up between runs I think :)

I have seen water drips caught in motion but this one of the milk has an explosive effect that I haven't seen on here before, Like zacko I'm interested to know what equipment you have used to capture this.

I love these type of shots. You made the stuff to do this lol I looking farward to seeing things like a bullit hitting a galling of milk or a bullit putting a candle out and the smoke from the candle following the bullit as it sails by.. just ideals here that all

WOW! A fantastic capture. I like the design made from this splash. A neat reflection of the milk on the black surface of the table.

It never ceases to amaze me how viscous fluids really are - although it's hidden from plain view, you've caught it beautifully here. Looking forward to more high-speed shots.
