Description

This is the updated version of the camera. It's been UV mapped and texture maps applied to it. ( the original information about the model is still listed below ) I choose to update the original image instead of posting a new submission to my gallery. Thanks to all for the comments and encouragement. Here's a render of a model I've been working on. ( Digital Camera ) I used Electric Image Modeler ( version 4 ) It's a good ACIS modeler, It's a shame EI had to drop the modeler out of the software package. The camera has a total of 49 parts. Now I need to create some tex maps to add more detail.

The sign of a confident modeler, when you can render it in chrome! And any flaws would be very apparent, and I see none! Can't wait to see it with textures!

The lighting and reflections are terrific, are we talking light domes and days of rendering ?

Thanks All.... There is a light dome, 81 radial lights, set to ranged falloff. Normal AA with Ray Depth & TIR both set to 6. Render time wasn't to bad. ( under 5 hrs ) But I was also rendering another scene with premium render settings at the same time. And I only have a mere 1GHz PIII.
