Description

Even Malko is excited that Christmas will soon be here and the snow is falling as he waits for his master to return. It's been awhile since I've been around, although since Rosity is my home page, it seems like I'm on more than I am. It's been a crazy six months or so, up and down on the health issues, working hard to keep up with finances, etc. I'd forgotten how long it takes to do one of these. :) But enough of my blubbering... ------------------------- Seasons Greetings from all of us at ShadowWind Manor to all of you. I hope that your life finds peace and happiness for the Holidays and for 2006. Special greetings to Che18350 and Tallpockets for their kindness during my long sabbatical. ------------------------- Poser/V5I/Photoshop The dog/cottage were posed in Poser, moved over to Vue 5 Infinite where the trees were added via an ecosystem for the back trees and two of the new distant pines for the front trees. The lighting was created via lots of spot lights and careful setting of what they affected. The atmosphere is created using HDRI lighting as well. The whole thing was then brought into Photoshop for some slight corrections and some effects. Vue 5 was very ornery during this, crashing several times before I was able to get it rendered. Took about 20 hours to put together. What a sweet and adorable holiday image. This is the perfect Christmas card. Wonderful snow, colors and design. Wonderful. Sorry to hear you are having health problems and money worries. Those two things haunt me too. Thanks for sharing. It is not blubbering. I like to know something about the people who's work I comment on. Hope you have a healthier and more prosperous New Year !!!
